These ducks measure 3" from end of tail feathers to tip of bill. They are a soft taupe to tan color and feature the usual exquisite perfection HOMECO is famous for, but do have a few rubbed marks on the very bottom where they had been placed on a shelf in the estate sale house.

A 6 1/2" brown cat looks mystified; the Indian Chief "piggy bank" looks bored; and the Tennessee Sipping Jug in its Saucer looks empty! Made of the same clay used in making bricks and roof tiles, the leadglazed redware retained its reddish color and was given a variety of colors by adding various metals to the glaze. These four have the distinctive reddish glaze plus touches of color. The jug and saucer were made for Scotty and have the word Tennessee stamped in gold on the jug. The piggy bank as a rubber closure on the bottom and large slot on top. The cat has been cracked on top of the head and repaired...a very good repair job.

Made in England for Arthur Wood, this five piece white and black Holstein Cow breakfast set features a tea pot, milk jug, and coffee cup with Arthur Wood's stamp engraved on the bottom. The creamer and sugar bowl are not part of the original set but we included since they match it quite well. All are in excellent condition and will make a great addition to your traditional English or country kitchen decor.

It commerates the ground breaking ceremonies September 30, 1955 of the Menasco Manufacturing Company, Texas Plant, Tarrant County, Texas. It does have a touched up fleabite near one corner, otherwise in excellent condition.
